How do I return an item?


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The only exception is an item received damaged/defective or shipped in error. 

U.S. Customers:

Exchanges can be made for damaged or defective items OR incorrect items shipped. Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Refund will be given upon return of said item for return shipping.

Exchanges can be made for items shipped due to buyer error within 30 days of original purchase. Buyer will pay to return items and we ask that they also include the additional shipping cost for us to mail the correct items back. 

Please include all information about your order when returning items for exchange: Buyer's name, shipping address, email on order and phone number for questions. 

International Customers:

You are responsible for the freight in both directions in the event you need to return or exchange a part. Hide and Keep will gladly replace or exchange damaged or defective items OR incorrect items shipped but will not be liable for shipping costs, custom duties or import taxes. We can add your return to your next order if you want to save on shipping.
